The image on the left is a stamping die checking fixture, used to check tolerances and part conformity for one of the stamping dies we have built. |
With lifting capacities of up to 11 tons via overhead crane, we are able to accomodate fairly large molds and dies. Many of the tight tolerance components we produce are for integration into stamping dies, rubber molds, plastic injection molds, assembly and work station fixtures, as well as a host of other applications. We are capable of taking the entire tool from design to completion, or to simply produce any of the tool's components. |
